NTUC and KPMG signed an MOU on 22 Oct for a workforce transformation programme that is the first to let companies use both the NTUC Company Training Committee Grant and the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package as they adopt AI. Under the EWTP, SMEs can get up to 70% co-funding, capped at S$150,000, for workforce consultancy, capability building and technology, and NTUC LearningHub and KPMG will also run new courses on AI transformation.
